The training programme
Our higher education course Five Stars Hotel Management is designed with the aim of ensuring and supporting the continuous personal and professional development of each participant. Educational offer includes face-to-face lessons in class, case studies, group activities and a final internship. It involves the participation of top quality teaching staff, both teachers with academic background and industry professionals.
Lessons in class end with a Project Work, which combines theoretical and practical aspects.
Delivery format
The delivery format has been completely renovated with a dynamic alternation CLASSROOM – INTERNSHIP – CLASSROOM. The goal is promoting maximum learning experience of the various topics, which are then applied immediately in the context of 5-star hotels and resorts. During the first stage, the subjects covered are those related to HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT; PROJECT WORKS are assigned. At a later stage, students are involved in their TAILOR-MADE internship, which will take place in primary hotels with national and international relevance. At the end of the educational programme students return in class to study those modules related to GENERAL MANAGEMENT and for the final PROJECT WORKS. Modules related to TRANSVERSAL SKILLS and LABORATORIES will be dealt with in both stages of the classroom teaching.

Project Work
Project work allows participants to use their creative skills in practical contexts.
An example of teamwork where participants can interact with each other and face some of the problems related to various departments in a hotel, with the effort of finding relevant solutions.
Project Works last for the entire duration of the classroom stage and students are constantly guided and supported by the Management Board. Project work represents a crucial component to boast competitive spirit, to reach goals and develop problem-solving skills.
At the end of the Project work, students are required to prepare a report on their project that will be presented in front of an examination board for evaluation.
