Luigi Nasta holds a PhD in Management from LUISS Guido Carli University. He was a Visiting Researcher at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in Brisbane, Australia.
He is currently a Researcher at the Luiss Creative Business Center of Luiss Business School and serves as Visiting Professor at John Cabot University.
He lectures in Business Modelling and Planning and Strategy at Luiss Business School, and teaches Creative Industries and Business Model Innovation as well as Economics and Management at LUISS Guido Carli University.
Luigi Nasta
Barbara Sveva Magnanelli is Assistant Professor of Accounting and Management and Chair of the Department of Business Administration at John Cabot University in Rome.
She earned her PhD in Management from LUISS Guido Carli University and has been a visiting researcher at the University of Tennessee, HEC Paris and QUT in Brisbane.
Since 2011, she has taught accounting, financial reporting and corporate governance. Her research focuses on corporate governance, gender diversity in boardrooms, financial statement fraud and female leadership. She regularly publishes in international academic journals and presents her work at major conferences.
Barbara Sveva Magnanelli
Human Resources Manager with over 15 years of experience in medium-sized companies and large multinational organisations, with a particular focus on luxury and hospitality.
He specialises in HR strategy, talent development and organisational change. His expertise includes talent management, industrial relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, leadership development, CSR, outsourcing, organisational design and multi-site operations.
Daniele Tamiano
Antonio Ducceschi is Chief Executive Officer of GB Thermae Hotels.
He previously held senior management roles at Starhotels, Fairmont, MPI, Le Méridien and Starwood, developing extensive international experience in hospitality management and commercial strategy.
He has also held several international association positions and currently serves as Vice Chair of the MPI Foundation Global Board of Trustees.
Antonio Ducceschi
Alessio is a Psychologist, Sociologist and University Professor of “Comunicazione Efficace e Media Digitali”. He attended Harvard Business School (USA) and Oxford Business School (UK). He has coached presidents, CEOs, top executives and owners of some of the most important companies worldwide, in multiple industries. Among his company’s clients top brands like: Google, Ferrari, Bulgari… He is the co-author of two international best-sellers The Ultimate Introduction to NLP: How to Build a Successful Life, and The User’s Guide to NLP: How to take charge of your life, published by Harper Collins, both have been translated into more than 20 languages. He has also published 10 books, in Italian, on effective communication.
Alessio Roberti
Ineke is an inspiring and motivational leader and hotel professional with extensive, international luxury experience. Skilled in operational excellence, work force optimization, executive coaching, talent analysis and development. Being a Butler’s daughter and raised by both parents in this industry, she is passionate about guest experience and working with people. In the world of True Hospitality Ineke proved to effectively build rapport across stakeholders. Her international career includes global areas EMEAA, P.R. China, Central and South America for clients within the 5* hotel industry, mega yachts, private properties, financial and health care industries. Ineke is appointed by Royal households and in close collaboration with the Master Five Stars for over 9 years.
Ineke van de Laak
Francesco Sagliocco is a hospitality executive with experience in luxury hotel management, including properties within the Leading Hotels of the World portfolio.
His background spans Food & Beverage operations, multi-department management and hotel leadership, with a focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. His approach combines strategic vision, team development and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Francesco Sagliocco
Piergiorgio Schirru is Vice President at Blastness, where he leads the Revenue Management and Research & Development divisions.
He manages a 15-person team and the development of hospitality technology solutions, including Business Intelligence tools, Revenue Management algorithms and advertising automation systems. He previously held senior roles at Alitalia, SkyTeam and Royal Group Hotels and Resorts.
Piergiorgio Schirru
Gabriele Gneri is Managing Director of Hotels Doctors, a hospitality consulting company he founded in 2010, specialising in hotel launches, strategic positioning and business development.
He gained management experience in independent hotels and international groups, including Starwood, Baglioni Hotels and Holiday Inn, eventually serving as General Manager. He also teaches Hotel Management at LUISS Business School and in several hospitality programmes.
Gabriele Gneri
Gabriele Piccoli is the Edward G. Schlieder Chair of Information Sciences at Louisiana State University and a member of the Cultural Computing Group at the Center for Computation and Technology.
He has held academic positions at Cornell University, Grenoble Ecole de Management and the Universities of Sassari and Pavia. His research, teaching and consulting focus on Strategic Information Systems and Customer Service Systems. In 2018, he received the Outstanding Tenured Professor Teaching Award.
